Resorts World Genting - Genting Skyworlds Hotel - Genting Highlands

I had a great stay with early check-in and a fantastic room that offered fine views. The staff was friendly, especially Michael at the front desk, who provided attentive service despite some technical hiccups.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

Fairly clean and the staff was attentive and polite. We have booked queen room with balcony and scenic view plus 3 comfortable double beds for 4 nights. The hotel was set 200 metres from the bus stop.

We didn't have restaurant.

Came with my children, everything was great. The food was local - lots of options. The location near city centre was good and incredible. I enjoyed sleeping 1 night in this hotel.

I had a fantastic weekend here! The location is unbeatable, right across from the theme park, which made our trip super convenient. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. I loved the friendly staff who even provided us with a baby crib for our little one. Plus, the morning views were amazing - a perfect way to start the day!

There were a few hiccups. The soundproofing could definitely use some work; we could hear a lot of noise from the neighbors. the walk to our room was a bit of a trek, and there wasn’t an attached parking bay. it was a lovely stay, but these little things could make it even better!

Perfect hotel in an AMAZING position to indoor theme park. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Location very close to restaurants, and the eateries and shopping mall.

Did not utilise the facilities at the hotel so no comments

The car park was too complicated ie getting from there to the hotel proper.

The hotel has spacious rooms and a fun vibe for families. We loved the stunning views and enjoyed exploring nearby attractions.

The best thing about Theme Park Hotel is its proximity to Genting highland facilities. It provides a good service at a very reasonable price. No big frills but clean rooms and bathrooms and good international buffet brreakfast. I liked the provision of complimentary security box and tea / coffee in the bedrooms.

a very nice and clean room,big room for the deluxe type, very comfort for my daughter to sleep...we were stay for 2 nights and have a great time during our stay at theme park...and its not too expensive..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Genting Skyworlds Hotel for a business trip that was arranged by my director. The hotel was impressive, offering various recreational opportunities, including a vibrant environment for both relaxation and work. The room arrangement was thoughtful and very comfortable. I particularly loved the themed reception area, which was welcoming and fun. the hotel is conveniently located next to the Skyworlds theme park and the Sky Avenue Mall, providing plenty of dining options even if breakfast wasn’t served directly at the hotel. The amenities like the mini-mart for late-night snacks were also a great touch for convenience.

Room service was exceedingly slow.

clean accommodation directly at the site. rooms are well planned, there are various storage possibilities under the beds. rooms were cleaned daily and there were plenty of cleaning products. from the hotel you can reach the resort directly via a covered walkway in 100 m. if one has booked breakfast, then one gets a voucer with which one gets a small breakfast at 4 restaurants. they like to come again. if one is lucky, one also has a wonderful view to the valley.

maybe we missed it, officially there is a luggage limit in the cable car. one piece of luggage per person with a similar size as the hand luggage in the plane. we could easily go up with more, i think it could be a problem in the high season.

The hotel was located really close to main attractions, Sky avenue and casino and indoor theme park. The guest room was new-fashioned with a bathtub and sufficient amenities, for example. There was simple interior.

There was something as swimming pool missing.

Excellent place with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and accommodating staff who helped me find great eating options. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

Good environment and friendly staff to assist at anytime and really appreciated on the services provided by theme park management.

Good strategic and closed to leisure out door games.

Nothing impressive ecxept it's location. Not relaxing to stay at. Wont choose the hotel next time around.
